For almost 3 months now I have been going to Brazilian jiu-jitsu practice two days a week. As you can see in the video, I need a lot more practice. To be fair my opponent and I had wrestled about 2 times before I filmed this one, and I am just not that good enough yet. But the other man is, watch me get destroyed.

    Anyone know what this guy is up to now?

  • @Dr_Monitor
    @Dr_Monitor 3 года назад

    I used to watch this guy years ago, kept up with his whole series of his Japan Adventure, and now it just kinda came back to me this year. Can't exactly visit Japan this year, and haven't been able to for a good long while, but hopefully by next year, things will change for the better. Watching through all this is gonna be weird looking back, but it'll be a sweet nostalgia trip... I just hope my old comments on my old account aren't too cringe.

    Really like the video up until the ending. It was a slow building burn. I thought a more chilling ending could have been achieved via showing an abandoned house with phone ringing endlessly or insinuation of removal of eyes via pool of blood and bandages eyes/head and camera shot from the back (with the kids sitting on a sofa or chairs. Or just keep the camera below the eyes s the scratches indicated the removal of the eyes. The CGI removal (wawaaaaa) was a bit of a let down.

    Your likes about Japan is lame. You will find differences in any place you go outside of the States. You should really go back to the States instead of continuing to embarrass yourself by living there while you try to put down Japan.

    I'm going through the same thing right now, everything you said, literally everything is 100% relatable. Only I had a couple other worse situations in regards to the housing, ended up getting a shared apartment instead of single and it wasn't in a good state. Appreciate the video! Hey Paul, Congrats! When you showed your girl friend , 'SunWha', I could image she will be your future mate. Wow! It had been so silence after your clip #34. Hope to show more Korea Adventures, if you have some. Also, you exactly looks like one of my seminary(UPsem) friends in Richmond, Virginia. I , Korean-American, a pastor in mega Korean church, who am living in Los Angeles with my family now. And I watched your video from the beginning of your aperture from your USA home to this one. I was really enjoyed yours because I did not visited South Korea for a long time. When you show Busan, I was almost cried to see my home town. I came to USA when I was 19 yrs at September, 1981. Even thought, I came here long times ago, my speaking and writing English was still like a babyish. ㅠㅠ;; The good thing is that I learn English from your video because your accent was so clean to me and easy to understand. I guess you speak your own way in speaking English that way by your teaching in Seoul. Nowadays, I am really enjoying the fun Korean TV show calls, 비정상회담, which all guys from 11 countries present their own. All of them are foreigners but speak Korean very well. Hope you can present USA if the guy, Taylor, retire that program. Just click with Korean that I gave you in RUclips, you can see it. If you understand little Korean, you will really enjoy it with your Korean experiences. Hope you find a new joy soon and show your new movie clips. Oh, one more thing, how about all of your friends in Korea? Are they still stay in there?

    • @PaulBFeldmann
      @PaulBFeldmann 10 лет назад

      Thanks for watching my videos Gyeong Lee! I have watched the show 비정상회담 with Sunhwa and enjoyed it. A lot of my friends from Korea have left to go back to their home countries, but there are still some that are living there. I'm glad that you could understand me when I was speaking (I hear from non native English speakers that it is easy to understand my English, so I feel proud!). I hope to go back to Korea soon and I will definitely take videos. Take care!

    • @gyeonglee3691
      @gyeonglee3691 10 лет назад

      Wow! Thanks for your response. The most memorable movie clip, you made, was that your friends visited some dance club with heavy drinking liquors in HongDae area. And you guys were very funny speaking about religion, too. HaHa. My seminary guys also watch it with fun, when I was in Richmond, Virginia. It will be very cold in Seoul now, I hear it from the news. On the other hand, if you need fun time, check it up with watching 'Eat the Kimchi (?, not sure about its exact name), which funny Canadian couple sets up very good and unique movie clips every week for showing the real Korea. They are really famous in Korea. One more thing, my best movie this year was the director 'Bong's 'Snowpiercer' and 명랑(dld not see yet). 강추(recomand those). You can buy Snowpiercer's DVD in both W-mart and BestBuy everywhere in USA. Blessing you and Sunwha.

      TubaBuddha Sunhwa came with me to Chicago once before for summer vacation a few years back, so she got to see how it was before we decided to move here permanently. Luckily she hasn't had many problems living here so far, and she is happy to be able to eat Korean food whenever she wants.
